    • Cancellations made 24 hrs or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the scheduled arrival date will not get any refund.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
    • Non-refundable reservations do not qualify for any refunds or credits, regardless of the cancellation date.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 4 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
